we all can manage stress and change our mood while colouring our lives. i've recently read an article wherein i've found that colours are also used as therapy. well, i found this really interesting that colours that sorround each one of us, can actually provide us with the positive vibes.
we all must have seen how specific we are while painting our house walls, buying new colour dress, sticking to one colour all the time or may be thinking for new combinations....! and the best part is that these colours around us define our mood. so i guess, for many people these colours can cure their negative and sad attitude towads life. therefore, i believe that we can either shop, sit outside in the green garden, enjoy painting and colours on the wall,,, this way small obstructing negativities can be removed happily and optimistically...

This is true that colours brightens are lives. Its always seen that when a person feels lonely, he is recommended to move out from specific space. this will help the person to enjoy and celebrate the true happiness and different colours of the society....
ReplyDeletethat's really true. whenever i'm not in good mood i try out making drawings. now these are sometimes serene and sometimes senseless. whatever they are, they truely represent my mood. and when it comes to colouring them, i colour them as if i colour my life. and unbelievably i actually feel better.
